My Isuzu NPR box truck needed the roll-up door repaired. Some panels needed to be replaced and rollers were bad. I talked to Mr. Randy and he asked me to bring the truck to Jackson. Once I got there at the time he recommended, they looked at it and gave me a price on the spot. The price was fair for the work it needed. They asked if I could leave it with them that day and I obliged. 3 hours later they called me and let me know that the work was done. When I got there I inspected the work. The repairs were done professionally and as stated. I would definitely use their services again.

brought my truck in to get the airbag changed and was told the price would be $150. After the work was done, I was charged an additional $30 shop cleanup fee. This was never mentioned beforehand. I don’t understand what cleanup was required for an airbag replacement, and I feel the final price was misleading.
